Well Hello There!

A little bit a background on me, Lucy, and why I wanted to start yet another side business!

One thing about me is that I’m creative. I love all things art and want to learn absolutely anything and everything when it comes to making something and ‘doing it yourself’.

The fact is, as much as I love to paint, it can take up a lot of time and, well, I like to learn new skills too. So I ended up treating myself to an iPad, and began to learn how to create digital drawings and text.

I’ve had my iPad for years now, and I realised a while ago what I wanted to create. For some reason it just took me some time to actually begin - but I’m so glad we’re here now!

To join my love of art and music together was a no-brainer. I’m one of those people who really tunes into lyrics, songs and the meanings behind them.

When it comes to music taste, I’m a sucker for anything 70’s, but I really do love all genres. My iTunes playlist ranges from Slipknot to Vengaboys and anything in-between, so… I think that says it all.

The name came pretty easily too. For those who don’t know, my initials are LP, and an LP in music terms is a long playing vinyl record, essentially an album. So it just made sense!

I also think I got quite lucky there right?! ;)

All prints available are designed and created by me, which have been inspired by my own, and your favourite lyrics. There’s also a few fun original non-lyric designs thrown in there too, just for fun!

Each print will be available in a range of colours and sizes. So there’s something for everyone.

I also want to help those who are just starting their digital art journey too. Watch out for my helpful and handy tips that I found super useful when creating my work. I’m still learning lots of new things along the way so why not share what I’m learning? I will be uploading and posting videos soon!
